We know that those who join the Society are as passionate about our work as we are and it is through this enthusiasm that we are able to continue our vital mission in Egypt.
The Society relies almost solely on the subscription and donations of our supporters and now we want to reward all our members who spread the word about the EES!
Whether you have already joined or are about to join our "Recommend to a Friend" campaign is an easy way to help us keep digging and you get a little something back from us!!
Simply Recommend the EES to a Friend making sure they record your name when they join as a Full or Joint Member online, through the post or over the phone. Then, once you renew your membership, you’ll receive a cheque for £20 from the Society!
It’s that simple and it’s a great way of spreading the word about the important work of the EES.

1) “£20 Cheque Offer” only available to Full or Joint Members of the Society (this offer is not available to Associate Members or Student Associates).
2) The ‘Friend’, when joining, may only make reference to one individual who must already be a Member of the Society. This recommendation can be made online using the “How did you find out about us?” box through our website, in a letter when joining the Society by post or over the phone.
3) Cheque and ticket offers can only be redeemed once per Member of the Society per subscription year and, in the case of Joint Members, once per Joint Subscription each subscription year.
4) Cheques will be made available within 28 days of the Member of the Society renewing their own subscription.
5) Two tickets will be made available to the Student Associate who recommended the Society once tickets have been printed and on consultation of which Study Day they wish to attend.
