Online Course Voucher Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on receiving an EES Online Course Voucher(s) that admits one to any online course of your choosing until the end of 2025. Just fill in your name, email and the title of the course you want to attend and email it to [email protected] to claim your free event!

• Your voucher is valid for any course until 31s December 2025, and can be redeemed for any course within this time frame.
• Your voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
• Your voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other special promotion.
• Online Course Vouchers are valid for the full cost of any online course as advertised on our Courses page.
• Online courses must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by email or in-person only. Redemption contact details are listed above and on the voucher itself.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date on the voucher will be allowed.
• The EES retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
• This voucher can be gifted to another person, but once used, it becomes void.
• We are not responsible if an Events Voucher is lost, but please contact [email protected] who will endeavour to send a replacement if deemed appropriate.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase anything other than EES Online Courses.
• Not applicable for Practical Workshops, Study Days, or other paid events.
• The EES cannot guarantee that spaces will be available on courses. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
• In the unlikely event that an online course needs to be cancelled by the EES, a new voucher valid for a further 12 months will be issued to you. In the event that a course is cancelled by a voucher holder, no refund shall be given.
